I got a new one last week ("made in France") for £7 or so, and today I found my old one from the mid-80's ("made in USA"). Comparing the two, side by side, there are only very, very subtle changes on the arrowhead clip's design, and the later clicky mechanism sounds a bit more snappy. Threads on the barrels haven't been changed, apparently; as they are fully interchangeable. Most importantly, you can still get Parker refills today, should you need a new one! There are so many ball pens from other manufacturers out there with proprietary refills which have been discontinued.

You didn’t mention that President Trump also used the cross pen and that President Obama stopped using the cross pen in his second term.

I have used the Jotter for year, I used to and still do call it a T Ball Jotter. I have two right now. Love it.

i have a cross propel style rolling ball pen and the cap is loose. I bought this yesterday and do not have the option to go back to the store what should i do

Hello, why the plastic on the back looks like melted/damaged? Is it normal for brand new roller refills to have that? I bought a parker pen and my refil also have that but I was thinkin about complaining to the seller about it.

Only pen I have used for the pass 20+ years.

no one seems to talk about them but I have a cross fountain pen that I bought about 1 year ago for € 100 and I just love it! It is like writing on a heavenly cloud.

I'm currently using parker IM for taking long notes and parker 45 that my father gives me, still remember that 45 back im 80s the he bought it now im using it for writting my name and signing.

I had one of these pens in my younger years. I wasn’t a huge fan and the clicking felt too tinny.

It's a super awesome reliable pen. Back when I was in college and I would try a bunch of different ballpoint pens that readily failed me, especially during critical times in class and or testing. The Parker Jotter was always reliable and true. It cannot be overstated enough that the consistent ink refills are the hidden success behind the sleek Parker Jotter design.

after put the refill in for the first time, the real plastic one will have some Irregular jagged grooves shows up. is it normal?

I just watched the movie "The Lincoln Lawyer " and I think Matthew McConaughey character uses a Jotter Goldeneye in the first scenes. Also, the President of Portugal signed the Book of Honour of the Belgium Royal Palace with a Jotter Goldeneye too, it was quite visible in detail on a tv news report

A parker jotter is a pen for children. It's too small and slim for adult hands. It's just been marketed well. There are loads of better pens and brands out there.

India made Parker jotter ( luxor brand ) is of substandard quality.

Over the years, the pen has become very light and lost its former quality.

is there a spring in the pen at all? I just want to confirm is there is before I buy a refill. I found this in my moms closet and its been in there for a while and she isn't sure. It does not have any ink piece in it so I'm not certain.

Parker jotter is a James bond pen.

May be I'm wrong, but in Seven Sheaffer Sentinel was used. It's similar to Jotter.
